Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026. This policy applies to all subscription purchases made on LearnWithTest (learnwithtest.pro), operated by Hari Bhai Chaudhary.

Summary: We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. Cancellations can be made anytime from your account, and you retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds after 7 days.

1. Our Products & Services

LearnWithTest sells digital subscription access to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web development projects hosted at learnwithtest.pro. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

We offer two subscription plans:

Monthly Plan — ₹99/month, billed monthly
Yearly Plan — ₹799/year, billed annually

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

This is your first subscription purchase on LearnWithTest.
The refund request is made within 7 days of the original payment date.
You have not previously received a refund from us.

Refunds will NOT be issued in these cases:

Renewal payments (only first-time purchases qualify).
Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
If you simply changed your mind after extensively using the service.
If your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment:

Include your registered email address and the Razorpay Payment ID from your account page. We will process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation:

No further charges will be made.
You will retain full access to all premium content until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier (first 2 items per series remain accessible).
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — see Section 2 above.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay (razorpay.com). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets. LearnWithTest does not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

6. Disputed Transactions

If you believe an unauthorised transaction occurred, please contact us immediately at haribhaichaudhary096@gmail.com and also raise a dispute with your bank. We co-operate fully with all chargeback investigations.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, no service is guaranteed to be available 100% of the time. In the event of extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) directly caused by us, we may extend your subscription period by an equivalent number of days. This does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the 7-day window.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India. For consumer disputes, you may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the Government of India.
